SkillBuilder Workshop
Practice-Oriented Skill Development Program for High School Students
Why is the SkillBuilder Workshop needed?
At school, students acquire knowledge, but they rarely learn how to express their thoughts clearly, argue persuasively, manage stress, or speak confidently in front of others. Similarly, they receive very little guidance on how to use artificial intelligence consciously and responsibly in learning and decision-making.
The SkillBuilder program focuses on these missing yet essential skills.
In a practice-oriented, supportive environment, it helps students communicate with greater
confidence, think more critically, and make more conscious decisions — both online and offline.
Confident Communication and Presentation
Students learn how to communicate clearly and assertively in different situations, how to structure clear messages, and how to deliver well-organized, persuasive presentations.
Critical Thinking, Argumentation, and Decision-Making
The program develops logical thinking, debate skills, and structured argumentation,
while also introducing a basic legal way of thinking. Students learn how to weigh arguments,
ask critical questions, and make well-reasoned decisions.
Conscious Use of Artificial Intelligence
Students become familiar with how AI works, its limitations, effective prompting,
and how AI can be used as a tool that supports thinking rather than as a shortcut that replaces it.
Special emphasis is placed on critical evaluation, ethical use, and the role of human judgment.
Self-Awareness and Stress Management
The program supports building self-confidence, managing stressful situations,
and developing emotional awareness — especially before presentations, exams, and
public speaking situations.
Preparation for Job Interviews and Workplace Situations
Practical guidance on job interviews and workplace communication: how to present
strengths confidently at job interviews and how to handle unexpected or stressful situations
in a professional manner.
