General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
SkillBuilder Workshop
1. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the “GTC”) set out the terms and conditions for participation in the SkillBuilder Workshop.
By submitting an application, the participant – or, in the case of a minor, the legal guardian – accepts the provisions of these GTC.

3. Description of the Service
The SkillBuilder Workshop is an in-person, English-language skill development program aimed at improving communication, argumentation, presentation, self-awareness, and stress management skills. The workshop is not a language course and is not designed as exam or language test preparation.
4. Application and Conditions of Participation
Minors may also participate in the workshop. Application and participation require the approval of the legal guardian.
Applications are submitted electronically, and submission constitutes acceptance of these GTC and the Privacy Policy. The following information is required during the application process:
- the participant’s name, age, and email address,
- the legal guardian’s (parent’s) email address, telephone number, and billing address.
Application process:
- the applicant submits the application by clicking the “Apply” button on the application interface available on the website;
- an automatic confirmation email is sent by the system, which does not constitute final confirmation by the Service Provider;
- the Service Provider subsequently confirms the application by email and provides payment details for the participation fee;
- payment of the participation fee is made by bank transfer.
The application becomes final upon confirmation by the Service Provider and receipt of the participation fee.
5. Participation Fee and Payment
Participation in the workshop is subject to a fee. The participation fee is HUF 75,000. The fee must be paid in a single installment; payment in installments is not available.
The fee includes participation in the full workshop and the educational materials.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Participation may be cancelled in writing up to 5 days prior to the start of the first session. In this case, the participation fee will be refunded in full.
If cancellation is communicated within 5 days prior to the start of the first session, the participation fee will not be refunded.
7. Rights and Obligations of Participants
Participants are entitled to take part in the sessions in a safe and supportive environment, receive respectful treatment and professional guidance, ask questions, receive feedback, and express their opinions within the framework of the sessions.
Participants are also entitled to receive prior information on essential aspects of the program and to progress according to their individual level of development.
Participants may submit written comments or complaints regarding the program to the Service Provider, which the Service Provider shall review within a reasonable timeframe.
Participants are required to comply with the rules of the sessions and to participate actively and cooperatively in the program.
8. Rights and Responsibilities of the Service Provider
The launch of the workshop is subject to a minimum number of participants. If the program does not start, the participation fee will be refunded in full.
In exceptional and unforeseeable circumstances (such as serious illness), the order of certain weeks may be rearranged while maintaining the full content of the program.
The workshop may only be cancelled in duly justified exceptional cases; in such cases, the cancelled session will be rescheduled for another date, and the duration of the program will be extended accordingly by one week.
Participants attend the workshop at their own risk. The Service Provider assumes no liability for damages arising from participants’ conduct toward one another or from a participant’s own conduct.
All materials, methodology, and educational content used during the workshop constitute the intellectual property of the Service Provider and may not be copied, recorded, or distributed without prior written permission.
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate a participant’s further participation if the participant’s conduct seriously disrupts the sessions or endangers the safety of other participants.
No photo or video recordings are made during the workshop.
9. Data Protection
Detailed information on data processing related to the workshop is provided in a separate Privacy Policy, available on the website.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These GTC are governed by Hungarian law.
The parties shall primarily seek to resolve any disputes amicably.
11. Entry into Force
These General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 20 January 2026.
